Five Rhythms events are based on the teachings of Gabrielle Roth. The Five Rhythms are flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness. Teachers usually guide a class through all five rhythms.

Movement Medicine events are based on the teachings of Ya'Acov & Susannah Darling Khan. Movement Medicine emerges from their 18 years of practicing and teaching the 5 Rhythms and brings together the many threads of their living and learning. This is also a guided movement class.
